Entrepreneurship, not the government, will produce green jobs

Some argue that green jobs could be created without the $787 billion dollar stimulus bill, but through the benefits of building green and using alternative energy simply becoming more evident. The argument is that green building industry is basically recession-proof and that history shows that entrepreneurship, not government, usually creates sustainable job growth.
