Some news from Tennessee:

Nissan continues investing in Tennessee by setting up a battery plant to build zero-emissions vehicles in Smyrna, TN after obtaining $1.6 billion dollar loan from the Department of Energy.   Construction will begin late this year with production beginning in 2012.  What fantastic news! This will create jobs for Tennessean and put Tennessee at the fore-front of the zero-emission vehicle creation.

Tennessee builders show off green credentials as the number of Middle Tennessee structures certified LEED keep growing and as tenants look for green space.
